Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the facility, construction, or engineering industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Knowledge of the industry and market trends. Understanding of facility, construction, and engineering solutions. Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking.
