We’re seeking a motivated Admin Sales Executive to support our sales team and help drive success. Key Responsibilities: Sales Support: Handle customer inquiries, assist in closing deals, and prepare sales proposals. Admin Duties: Manage bookings, maintain records, and coordinate invoicing. Customer Service:Provide excellent service, assisting with booking procedures and documentation. Sales: Promote Umrah packages via social sites such as Facebook and Instagram , content creation and post social sites , meet targets, and earn commissions. Requirements: - Strong organizational and communication skills. - Proficient in MS Office and Social sites FB page and Instagram - Passion for sales and customer service. - Experience in travel sales/admin is a plus. Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for facility, construction, and engineering solutions. Identify and develop new business opportunities, including expanding the company's client base and market reach. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to drive sales performance. Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to effectively position the company's products and services. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets. Stay updated on industry developments and emerging technologies. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentoring to the sales team. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in project sales, preferably in the facility, construction, or engineering industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Knowledge of the industry and market trends. Understanding of facility, construction, and engineering solutions. Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking.
