Institutional Account Services Manager Responsibilities 1. Client Onboarding & Account Setup Lead and coordinate onboarding of institutional accounts (funds, EAMs, broker omnibus) including KYC/AML documentation, legal entity validation, and operational configuration. Work closely with legal, compliance, and tech teams to ensure timely and accurate setup in line with regulatory and internal policies. 2. Account Lifecycle Management Serve as primary operations contact for all institutional accounts. Handle ongoing requests such as account amendments, structure changes, authorisation updates, and trading limits. Support omnibus account reconciliation, client mapping, and sub-account reporting logic. 3. Operational Support & Issue Resolution Monitor post-trade processes including settlement, funding, corporate actions, and reconciliations. Work with internal teams (tech, trading ops, finance) to resolve breaks, ensure margin sufficiency, and deliver operational SLAs. Support daily interaction with external service providers such as custodians, fund admins, and brokers. 4. Client Reporting & Service Customization Deliver tailored reporting including NAV statements, sub-account breakdowns, trade confirms, margin reports, and exposure dashboards. Configure access and user permissions based on EAM or fund structure. 5. Process Enhancement & Platform Feedback Identify service gaps and propose process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
