Responsibilities – Western Food Cook (FT/PT) Prepare and cook a variety of Western dishes (e.g., grilled chicken, fish & chips, burgers, pasta, mashed potatoes). Ensure food presentation and portioning is consistent with company standards. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and food preparation areas. Follow food safety regulations and ensure proper food storage procedures. Manage food inventory and assist in ordering supplies when necessary. Coordinate with team members to ensure timely and quality food service. Adapt recipes and menu items based on feedback and seasonal ingredients. Uphold a high standard of kitchen organization and cleanliness throughout shifts. Support junior kitchen staff or assistants when needed. Maintain a friendly and professional attitude in a fast-paced environmen
