Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments or disabilities. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and enhance physical functioning. Use a variety of techniques, exercises, and equipment to help patients regain strength, flexibility, and range of motion. Educate and guide patients on proper body mechanics, exercises, and lifestyle changes to prevent injuries and promote overall wellness. Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Stay updated on the latest developments and research in the field of physiotherapy. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent. Valid license or registration to practice as a physiotherapist. Prior experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal conditions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. This position involves working with pre-school aged children on the autism spectrum. In this job role, you will: Assessment Use formal and informal assessments to identify and report on the needs of child and family in the areas of: Social Communication Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) Speech & Language Make relevant recommendations for intervention based on assessment findings Intervention Formulate social communication and related holistic goals for children in collaboration with teachers and other professionals Plan and implement relevant interventions and programmes in collaboration with teachers and other professionals Monitor outcomes through regular reporting on progress of intervention goals Training Develop and deliver in-service training and consultation to teachers, as well as workshops for parents/caregivers in the following areas: Understanding social communication and interaction in children on the autism spectrum Evidence-informed approaches, tools and strategies to support children on the autism spectrum Programme Development Participate in curriculum / program development projects as directed Requirements Fully registered/eligible for full registration with the Allied Health Professional Council (AHPC) Desire to learn about autism and the passion to serve the autism community. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering evidence-based treatments, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and experience in administering neuropsychological assessments for youths, adolescents, and adults, as well as strong report writing skills. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualised treatment plans using evidence-based interventions, with a primary focus on CBT. Provide individual, couples, group therapy sessions for clients, both in-person and virtually Conduct neuro-psychological assessments including ADHD, learning needs, dyslexia, and other related conditions. Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing service development and improvement initiatives. Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans. Work closely with our 24/7 helpline responder team to manage risk, ensure the safety of clients in crisis situations and provide crisis interventions Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with professional and legal standards. Continuously update professional knowledge and skills through participation in continuing education and professional development activities. Ability to commit to clinic operating hours of Monday to Friday 10-9pm and Saturday 10-2pm on a roster basis. There will be 2 evening working days (1-9pm) each week and 2 working Saturdays each month. Requirements A Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology  At least 3 years of post-graduate clinical experience, preferably in a mental health setting. Expertise in individual and group facilitation Proficient in planning and executing online seminars with the use of various web platforms and adept at creating engaging content. Proficient in effectively navigating and managing crisis situations. Experience in administering psychological assessments Strong knowledge and experience in delivering evidence-based treatments with a focus on CBT as a core treatment modality. Current registration or eligibility for registration as a Clinical Psychologist (Singapore Psychological Society or SPS) Must be able to conduct in-person sessions at Intellect's office location or our partnered client's location.
