As an Offshore Medic, you will be responsible for providing medical care and support to crew members on board vessels in offshore operations. Your key responsibilities will include assessing injuries and illnesses, administering first aid, and providing emergency medical services as needed. You will also be responsible for maintaining medical supplies and equipment, ensuring the health and safety of all personnel on board, and coordinating with onshore medical teams when necessary. This position requires a dedicated professional who is able to work in a challenging offshore environment while prioritizing the health and well-being of the crew. What You'll Do Develop and implement individualised treatment plans using evidence-based interventions, with a primary focus on CBT. Develop specialised clinical care pathways in line with the evidence-base and best practice. Provide individual, couples, group therapy sessions for clients, both in-person and virtually. Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing service development and improvement initiatives. Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement client-centered treatment plans. Work closely with our 24/7 helpline responder team to manage risk, ensure the safety of clients in crisis situations and provide crisis interventions Develop and implement SOPs for risk management and clinical procedures, and train providers on these processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in accordance with professional and legal standards. Continuously update professional knowledge and skills through participation in continuing education and professional development activities.
