This role acts as a 12-months Contract Execute on investment strategies and portfolio management activities, including acquisitions and dispositions. Ensure adherence to investment policies, overall fund strategy and investment performance Develop and maintain financial models to project cash flows, returns, and portfolio performance. Prepare and review comprehensive investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure the preparation of monthly and quarterly reports and presentations for investors and management. Conduct data analysis and market research as necessary for investment opportunities and decision-making. Coordinate and manage due diligence processes, including financial, operational, and legal assessments. Manage investor communications and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. 5 - 10 years of experience in fund management, private equity or real estate finance. Strong proficiency in financial modelling and Excel. Solid understanding of real estate investment concepts and performance metrics. Skills: Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with financial software/tools. Personal Attributes: Self-motivated and results-oriented. Adaptable with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Effective time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments.
