e are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Swift Messaging, Payments Systems, and Banking Operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with payment platforms such as RTGS, NEFT, GIRO, IMPS, and SWIFT. They will play a pivotal role in analyzing, defining, and optimizing payment processes to meet organizational and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Payments and Messaging Expertise: Work on payment systems, including RTGS, NEFT, GIRO, IMPS, and SWIFT Messaging (MT and MX standards). Analyze and implement solutions for cross-border and domestic payment processes. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and external vendors. Facilitate workshops and discussions to align on project objectives. Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in payment processes and propose improvement strategies. Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards in payment systems. Testing and Implementation: Define test scenarios, review test cases, and ensure successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Support go-live activities, ensuring smooth deployment of payment solutions. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed process documentation, functional specs, and user guides. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking and payment systems. Strong understanding of SWIFT messaging standards (MT and MX). Proven expertise in handling payment platforms like RTGS, NEFT, GIRO, and IMPS. Technical Skills: Knowledge of payment protocols and regulatory frameworks. Experience in working with SQL for data analysis is a plus. Familiarity with APIs and integration with payment systems.

This role acts as a 12-months Contract Execute on investment strategies and portfolio management activities, including acquisitions and dispositions. Ensure adherence to investment policies, overall fund strategy and investment performance Develop and maintain financial models to project cash flows, returns, and portfolio performance. Prepare and review comprehensive investment memos and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
