Description

The Project Manager is responsible for the coordinated management of multiple related Projects. Accountable for delivering a Project or Programme on time, within budget, and within scope. This individual will lead and coordinate cross-functional, cross-departmental, cross-company teams that are responsible for all aspects of a Project or Programme, from Initiation to Closure. The Program Director exemplifies the highest level of initiative and leadership skills and acts as a mentor for more junior members of the department.. Stakeholder Management: Work hand in hand with Business Project Managers and Technical Delivery Managers to manage stakeholders and relationships - e.g. escalation, expectation, conflict, scope changes, etc. Ensure teams work in a collaborative environment. Scope Management: Manage all changes to the agreed scope of work.  Review and assess all changes and impact to timeline and ensure all changes are approved by Programme Steering Committee (PSC) or appropriate Governance forum(s), including any Design Authority, Product Committee or similar. Project Governance: Prepare Investment Approval requests and manage approval of Programme(s). Organise and facilitate PSC meetings, chair Project Working Group (PWG) meetings, including attendees from all required countries across the Region. Overall  Management: Responsible for the quality, scope, timeline, effort (co-related to estimation, CR’s, complexity), resources (includes Business, Contractor, Professional Services (Vendors) resources as well as Operations), Develop and execute the overall project plan and analyse project proposals which impacts the schedule and budget variance which in turn contribute to meeting the overall objectives of the Programme. Identify and schedule Programme & Project / Workstream deliverables, milestones and required activities and tasks. Understand interdependencies between Technology, Operations and Business needs. Requirements Demonstrated 8+ years’ progressive management experience, including large-scale Project & Programme Management. Experience in Retail Banking Domain, in particular projects involving project sponsors from Operations and Contact Centre Direct responsibility of Project / Programme budgets of >$10 million Proven capability of leading teams across sites and geographies. Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus. Excellent vendor management skills Ability to liaise and communicate effectively with both technical engineers and business users A confident and self-aware leader with a high degree of independence

Job Title: Capital Raising, Director Location: Singapore Reports To: Group Chief Investment Officer Job Summary: As part of our continued growth, ESR is looking to fill a director level role in the Group Capital and New Economy Fund Management. The candidate will report to the Group Head Capital and New Economy Fund Management and may have a team of one to two analysts/associates under his/her management. The purpose of the role is to establish and manage all the stages of the fund-raising process, i.e. from product design, initial marketing to final documentation and investor negotiations across multiple geographies in Asia. The Group team will serve as an overall coordinator to drive ESR Country Fund execution (leveraging the In-Country capital team) and will take the lead on regional products. This is to ensure all investor relations activities are promptly and accurately executed and reported thanks to a rigorous and efficient methodology, and to provide strategic information as well as transparent and consistent communication for the investor presentations. You will have raised Institutional Capital before and have strong Real Estate, logistics and/or Industrial knowledge. ESR already deals with 12 of the Top 20 Real Estate Institutional Investors globally, so you do not need to come with a significant rolodex. However, relationships with Smaller Institutions, Pensions, Insurance companies, Family offices and HNW’s in the region would be a significant advantage. The position would ideally be based in Singapore but could be based in one of our other Asian office locations for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Build best-in-class processes and project manage capital raising execution. Build and maintain relationships with existing investors and identify new potential investors for our products including institutional investors, HNW individuals and family offices. Actively aim to expand ESR’s investor relations and raise capital from new relations. Assimilate fund raising marketing materials including DDQ, implement periodic updates of the relevant source information. Build blocks of fund documentation including PPM, LPA, subscription agreement etc. Manage assigned fundraising mandates serving as the product specialist. Maintain and create valuable investor and fundraising information including meeting notes, fund raise pipelines and data rooms through ESR’s CRM system. Facilitate regular communication of portfolio updates to investors. Prepare marketing collaterals including factsheets, videos and photo-shoot of assets. Conduct market research to identify new potential investors and market trends. Work with internal & external stakeholders to develop accurate and strategic investor presentations. Work with internal stakeholders to coordinate / create internal approval materials such as Investment Committee memos for new fundraises and fund establishment. Organize and coordinate real estate / property tour and specific conferences and events for investors Collaborate with the investment team to ensure alignment and to stay up to date on investment products, performance, and market trends. May manage a small team of analysts/associates. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity. Respond to queries from investors in a timely manner, coordinate investor Q&A process.
