Responsibilities: Travel to customers’ homes to install and troubleshoot smart lock products. Provide product training to customers and test lock functionality after installation. Follow a daily schedule to complete installation tasks efficiently and on time. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers. Ensure that locks are installed or repaired to meet company standards and specifications. Document and report installation, repair, and maintenance activities accurately. Maintain and replenish equipment and spares for daily operation needs Upkeep of Company vehicle Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Company Requirements Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams Flexibility with full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings. Possession of a valid Class 3 driver’s license and access to an automobile. At least 2 years of experience in electrical work, carpentry, or lock installations preferred. Perform regular preventive maintenance on refrigeration systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns. Conduct system tests to verify performance, temperature control, and refrigerant levels. Calibrate temperature controls, thermostats, and pressure switches as needed.
