Key Responsibilities This role includes (but is not limited to) the following responsibilities: • Provide advice, guidance and support to line managers and employees in relation to a range of Human Resource processes in line with policy and procedures, industrial awards and agreements and relevant legislation across the employee lifecycle. • Respond to stakeholder enquiries in a timely manner, seeking advice and guidance staff related queries. • Liaise with payroll, managers and employees to ensure timely processing of timesheets and resolution of pay related matters. • Review and updates company position descriptions as required. • Manage probation period reporting and NetSuite updates. • Manage HR reporting as directed by the HR Manager. • Monitoring, reviewing, and updating all HR policies and ensuring these are in line with current legislation. • Creation of HR related letters for employees. • Responsible for all activities involved off-boarding of staff. This includes responsibility for the completion of tasks and the accuracy of notifications to the broader team to ensure off-boarding runs smoothly. • Ensure that residency and work-rights compliance documents are collected and stored, and visa end dates are monitored. • Maintain HR profiles for employees • Participate in HR activities and process improvement initiatives as directed by the HR Manager. • Work on HR integration projects • Work with external immigration firm to coordinate visa nominations in liaison with managers, overseas applicants, and monitor the status of current employees on temporary visas • Maintain accurate and timely data entry and systems processing Personal Attributes • High energy, positive, adaptable and a strong sense of urgency • Have a strong ability to multi-task and prioritize workload • Strong organizational skills • Attention to detail • Ability to meet deadlines • Excellent communication both verbal and written • High standard of personal presentation Qualifications • Graduate in Human Resources • Excellent business partnering skills, ability to persuade and influence business leaders • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and follow-through • Excellent Communication & Relationship Building skills, team player • Ability to deal with ambiguity and high pace of working • Highly motivated self-starter with strong customer service focus • Interpersonal sensitivity.
