Responsibilities As a People Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for the daily operations for HR functions. This is a great opportunity for someone at the start of their People Operations career, looking to gain broad exposure to the key functions of People Operations in a fast-growing, collaborative environment. You’ll support day-to-day People Operations activities and contribute to initiatives across recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations and office administration. Responsibilities include: Support daily HR operations and ensure smooth execution of key People processes. Maintain and update employee records and information in our HR systems. Assist with benefits administration and help coordinate new and existing employee programs. Help manage onboarding and off-boarding processes, ensuring a great employee experience. Support office operations including equipment and asset tracking, and liaising with vendors. Assist in organizing company events, engagement initiatives, and team-building activities. Contribute to the review and upkeep of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance. Coordinate business travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and travel-related documentation for employees. Take on ad-hoc HR and office-related tasks to keep the team and operations running smoothly. Requirements Minimum Degree in Business or related fields Ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment Problem solver with strong initiative and meticulousness Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, and result orientation Versatile and has strong perseverance mindset Excellent verbal and written communication skills
