Support the execution of the full recruitment process to hire the best talents for SHIELD Assist with talent sourcing for high-priority job openings Support campus recruit events including career fairs and company talks Social media company branding content creation Support and facilitate employee engagement and welfare activities Support and gain exposure to other HR functions based on student’s interests and team’s needs Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or relevant courses from a local university Penultimate/graduating students welcomed to apply Able to commit for 5-6 months Excellent interpersonal skills, able to create and maintain effective relationships with all employees to build a supportive working environment Motivated self-starter who is quick to adapt and work with minimal supervision Strong problem solver with excellent communication skills Good time management and organizational skills
