Lead the Team as Project Manager in the management of Lending (Loan and trade) related IT Projects Develop project plans to align with a project overall direction which may include establishing detailed project schedules, resource allocation, Management reporting etc. Monitoring the Project Progress, risk and issues within the assigned Business Area; Assess the appropriate response including the prioritization, action plan and follow up measures as needed to ensure that the Project advances accordingly to plan Participate in review of artifacts produced by the Area members, such as test plan documentation, oversee migration and production support handover. Leading change management efforts to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new systems and procedures Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including executive management, to ensure project alignment with organizational priorities Requirements At least 5-7 years of experiences as bank staff in Back-Office domain in Lending (Loan and trade) area Prior experiences in the implementation of Package System (ACBS and/or Oracle ELM) will be advantageous Experience in handling the full lending operation process, including doc verification, data entry, compliance checks, Lending disbursement, etc. A Bachelor’s Degree preferably majoring in Science or IT Strong analytical, problem- solving and decision making skills Sound knowledge in Business Process Management (BPM) Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills Ability to adapt to changes

The candidate will report to the Group Head Capital and New Economy Fund Management and may have a team of one to two analysts/associates under his/her management. However, relationships with Smaller Institutions, Pensions, Insurance companies, Family offices and HNW’s in the region would be a significant advantage. The position would ideally be based in Singapore but could be based in one of our other Asian office locations for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Build best-in-class processes and project manage capital raising execution. Build and maintain relationships with existing investors and identify new potential investors for our products including institutional investors, HNW individuals and family offices. Actively aim to expand ESR’s investor relations and raise capital from new relations. Assimilate fund raising marketing materials including DDQ, implement periodic updates of the relevant source information. Build blocks of fund documentation including PPM, LPA, subscription agreement etc. Manage assigned fundraising mandates serving as the product specialist. Maintain and create valuable investor and fundraising information including meeting notes, fund raise pipelines and data rooms through ESR’s CRM system. Facilitate regular communication of portfolio updates to investors. Prepare marketing collaterals including factsheets, videos and photo-shoot of assets. Conduct market research to identify new potential investors and market trends. Work with internal & external stakeholders to develop accurate and strategic investor presentations. Work with internal stakeholders to coordinate / create internal approval materials such as Investment Committee memos for new fundraises and fund establishment.
