Description

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance. Monitor and analyze financial data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies and plans. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions. Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals. Provide financial guidance and support to other departments within the organization. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent. At least 5 - 7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with 3 years in a managerial position. Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is preferred. Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting standards. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
