We are hiring SME Operations Assistant Manager with the responsibility as below: Accountable for day-to-day cash/transaction operations, reconciliation and its related KPIs – TAT, productivity and capacity Responsible for ensuring that the Operations team process and reconcile day-to-day transactions timely and accurately (including but not limited to, disbursal, repayments, refunds) Innovating and improving operational processes and flows as needs arise; including but not limited to automating operations. Streamline and standardize operations where applicable. Assist the Operations Manager to manage any operational risk, including taking remedy action, if required Implementing various initiatives for Singapore, with focus on the operational needs (e.g. maximizing features such Virtual Accounts and APIs with local bank(s) to enhance operational effectiveness) Leading and/or participating in multi-functional ad hoc projects / working groups, particularly those focused on improving operational efficiencies - may include automation, process change, process streamline etc. Partner and work with Finance, Compliance, Risk teams ensuring that we operate within and uphold the relevant regulation standards. Maintaining and supervising documentation of processes and decisions Cover any operational gaps as and when required. Any other ad hoc requests Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in ledger management or accounting (preferably with added experience in process optimization) Meticulous and detail-oriented especially in checking and submitting data on spreadsheets.
