Requirements Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Experience in designing marine switchboards and electrical systems. Proficient in AutoCAD Software. Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and standards. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Strong online portfolio of past works demonstrating expertise in creating user-centric designs including concepts, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems Experience in planning and conducting user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability test), analyse quantitative and qualitative data and communicate insights Experience with UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and mobile responsive designs Experience in HTML, CSS3 or JavaScript and how they inform design and interaction decisions. Ability to convey ideas through variety of methods, such as storytelling, storyboards and mood boards Good problem-solving aptitude and an analytical mind with a business acumen.
