NUS Enterprise is the Innovation & Entrepreneurial arm of National University of Singapore (NUS). The Ecosystem Building team operates one of the most extensive startup ecosystems in the world, leveraging on world-class research and innovation capabilities twinned with market connectivity through our regional and global nodes. We are recruiting for our CyberSG Talent, Innovation and Growth (TIG) Collaboration Centre, established in collaboration with the Cybersecurity Agency of Singapore (CSA). The Centre serves as a convening platform to integrate and create cybersecurity programmes for industry and talent development in Singapore, and serves as a global node for international cooperation on innovation. It will help build a vibrant cybersecurity ecosystem by bringing together local and international cybersecurity stakeholders, including industry, academia, cybersecurity professionals and government stakeholders to leverage the opportunities posed by digitalisation. We are currently hiring a Programme Manager/Lead to anchor our Growth pillar that includes: Develop Market Intelligence Resources By conducting webinars and create playbooks to provide Singapore-based cybersecurity companies with up-to-date insights on global cybersecurity landscapes, business opportunities and go-to-market strategies tailored to specified developed and developing markets. Collaborate with industry experts and market analysts to ensure resources remain relevant, actionable, and reflective of the latest trends and regulatory developments.        Programme Management and Overseas Conference Coordination Coordinate and manage overseas business missions in collaboration with experienced in-market consultants, facilitating first-hand market exposure for participating companies. Organise briefings and preparatory workshops to ensure participating companies are well-versed in target market conditions, regulatory frameworks, and business cultures. Plan and coordinate Singapore companies’ participation in major international cybersecurity conferences and exhibitions Stakeholder Engagement, Community development and Business Matching Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with key ecosystem stakeholders, including government agencies, business leaders, potential partners, and end-users in target markets. Facilitate business matching and networking sessions to connect Singapore-based companies with qualified business leads and strategic partners abroad. Encourage interaction, knowledge-sharing, and collaboration among startups and members Proactively introduce startups to relevant mentors, investors, alumni, and service providers.   Programme Reporting and Continuous Improvement Serve as an active ambassador Collect feedback from participating companies and stakeholders to assess programme impact and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Prepare regular progress reports, case studies, and success stories to demonstrate program outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.      Requirements Enjoy connecting the dots and bringing people together to make projects happen  Ability to see the big picture while having a knack for implementation down to the finest operational details. Resourcefulness and communication skills to work with stakeholders in ensuring smooth running of programmes and operations. Organizing workshops, seminars, networking sessions, and other activities that add value for community members. Community development, able to creating a sense of belonging, encouraging participation, and supporting peer-to-peer connections. We are currently hiring a Programme Manager/Lead to anchor our Cybersecurity Innovation pillar that includes: Driving open innovation programme management, mainly our flagship programme Cybersecurity Industry Call for Innovation (CyberCall), implemented with our anchor partner CSA Working with various potential business users/demand drivers and stakeholders that could partner us in developing potential CyberCall challenges Account managing CyberCall partners as required, seeing to the smooth execution of programme activities, manage related stakeholders and resources, internal and external. Provide programmes needs analysis, proactively tracking programme success and iterate on programme design as necessary using a data driven approach. Serve as an active ambassador for our programmes and see to the marketing of our programmes to relevant audience  Requirements Ability to connect stakeholders and solution providers to make projects happen Ability to analyse both the technology and business aspects of proposals to fulfil the big picture requirement. Ability to have a knack for implementation down to the finest operational details for project implementation. Ability to administer and process grant management Resourcefulness and communication skills to work with stakeholders in ensuring smooth running of programmes and operations. Knowledge of current internationally and locally available cybersecurity products.
