Experience in Government e-procurement systems, tender evaluation and contract negotiation will be advantageous. Be familiar with Government IM on Procurement. Good knowledge of ICT procurement and contract management practices. Understanding of ICT market trends and pricing models. Experience in managing Cloud, Software as a Service (SaaS), and/or Agile projects. Participated in full software or product development cycles. Proven experience in IT business analysis. Project & Supplier Management: Experience in Project Management for Monitoring and Tracking. Experience in contractor dispute resolution and performance management will be advantageous. Soft Skills & Personal Attributes: Ability to communicate effectively across all levels. Good analytical, organization and planning skills. Ability to work collaboratively as a team player and independently as a self-motivated individual.
