Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and pipeline to management. Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Requirements At least Diploma in Business, Interior Design, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture/contract sales industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
