Develop and continuously evolve Porsche Asia Pacific’s market development approach based on identified market potentials and local requirements Steer Porsche Asia Pacific’s market-directed project portfolio, ensuring its strategic fit and track project success as well as support functional leads in the project execution Lead and coordinate major strategic, cross-functional market development projects within the core business from stakeholder management through to operational execution Co-lead Porsche Asia Pacific’s annual business plan process supporting the implementation of corporate strategy objectives and market-specific business development strategies across 13 countries Foster Porsche Asia Pacific’s market-oriented governance functions by ensuring the implementation of market-related contractual agreements in line with global strategy Identify, prioritise, adapt and establish optimisation processes, internal reports, best practices and cross-functional synergies within the regional importer network and i.c.w. Porsche Asia Pacific as well as Porsche headquarters Requirements University degree in business administration or relevant other degree Minimum 3 years working experience in business development, management consulting or related business area Previous experience with premium automotive, preferably on OEM or wholesale level Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills Well established project as well as multi-stakeholder management skills, with a high proficiency in Microsoft Office Willingness to work in a multicultural environment and to travel within the Asia Pacific region
