It is a bottled soft drinks factory that was bought over by Selangor Dredging Berhad. As the plot of land is an industrial building, an additional payment of $22.66 million is payable to the government to change the zoning status from commercial to residential. An estimated 117 units of 754 sqft per unit can be construction on Jui Residences.
