Autism Resource Centre (Singapore) or ARC(S) is a non-profit charity organisation dedicated to serving children and adults on the autism spectrum, to help these individuals lead meaningful and independent lives in society. ARC(S) offers a range of services and resources tailored to meet the growing concerns and needs of the autism community. As part of our continuum of services, we run a Residential Programme coupled with a supported living and training centre, and we invite passionate people to join us in transforming the lives entrusted to us. As a Case Worker under our Residential Programme, your Impact and Contribution includes: Plan and manage casework for clients Act as the key liaison person for adults and families Conduct intake interviews and assessments in different settings Develop individualised client plans for residential services Maintain proper records of cases and monitor client progress 2. Provide intervention services for clients in multiple settings Support clients on the autism spectrum through basic counselling or mentoring Implement programmes and activities to promote independence and quality of life 3. Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Work closely with residential coaches to track and drive progress of clients Collaborate with community resources to provide support for client and family Requirements Diploma or Degree in Social Work / Psychology / Counselling At least 1 to 2 years of casework and counselling experience Good interpersonal and relational skills Comfortable to work under ambiguity Passion to work with individuals on the autism spectrum Benefits We offer a competitive remuneration package and the professional advantages of a dynamic workplace that enables your professional development and values your contributions.
