Description

Responsibilities: Prepare and submit tender proposals, including cost estimates, bill of quantities, and pricing schedules. Review and analyze project specifications and drawings to accurately determine project requirements. Collaborate with project teams to develop accurate and competitive tender submissions. Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for tender preparation. Compile and submit quotations for projects, including all necessary materials and services. Review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier contracts. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Accurately certify and validate progress claims submitted by contractors. Take responsibility for managing the final account. Requirements Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in tendering and quantity surveying in the interior design/construction industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of tanker vessels, including loading, discharging, and maintenance schedules.
