Description

Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall planning, design, and installation of utility systems and equipment for construction projects. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and code requirements. Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure efficient and effective utility system installations. Review and approve utility system designs, drawings, and specifications. Oversee the testing, commissioning, and maintenance of utility systems. Monitor and manage utility system performance and resolve any issues or problems that may arise. Review and evaluate contractor proposals for utility systems. Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of utility system installations and maintenance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in utility engineering in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of utility systems and equipment, including water supply, drainage, electrical, and HVAC systems. Excellent project management and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
