Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to customer problems. Provide training and guidance to customers on the operation and maintenance of refrigeration systems. Create and maintain documentation, including troubleshooting guides and technical manuals. Participate in product testing and evaluation to provide feedback for product improvement. Assist in the development and implementation of new products and features. Ensure customer satisfaction and provide excellent customer service. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Prior experience in technical support or field service role within the refrigeration industry. Planned Maintenance Monitoring: Oversee vessels' planned maintenance schedules. Implement improvements as necessary. Requirements Requirements on Technical Expertise: Deep Electrical Knowledge: A strong understanding of electrical principles, AC/DC systems, power distribution, and control systems. This includes knowledge of: Power generation: Diesel generators, gas turbines, and renewable energy sources. Power distribution: Transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, and cabling. Electrical equipment: Motors, pumps, lighting, instrumentation, and control systems. Safety systems: Emergency shutdown systems, fire detection, and alarm systems. Experience with Offshore Electrical Systems: Familiarity with the unique challenges of electrical systems in offshore environments. Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve electrical faults, including the use of diagnostic tools and equipment. Maintenance and Repair: Experience in maintaining and repairing electrical equipment, including preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.   Management and Communication: Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team of electricians and technicians.
