Senior Principal- Banking Acquisition and Growth. As a Senior Principal within Infosys Consulting, you will pursue and grow deep client relationships, operating at the executive and senior management levels. You will also provide overall leadership on our most critical engagements, often working closely with diverse and truly global Infosys and client teams. You will be one of the key global leaders in our firm – from developing our next generation of leaders to disruptive, innovative offerings, you will be empowered to lead. Key responsibilities of this newly created position include – • Develop and successfully position Financial Services to new and existing clients across our APAC region as strategically important offerings. • Lead, mentor and develop people within the APAC Financial Services Consulting practice. • Working closely with Infosys Consulting’s Other Associate Partners and Industry leads to sell related consulting services, often as part of larger transformation initiatives. • Take ownership for proposals and lead solution creation and implementation. • Build and maintain strong client relationships, network extensively with industry experts and forums and contribute to the firm building through recruitment, training, and Intellectual Property generation, issuing POV’s, Whitepapers etc. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: • Proven revenue & practice growth and the ability to define and deliver solutions • Proven experience in consulting services in business, IT, banking, or financial services. • Experience in leading, developing, and guiding teams to ensure successful outcomes and foster growth through banking domain experiences. • Significant experience across large and complex business and sales targets delivery.
