Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Part Timer to join our team for 2 months. This is an exciting offer and exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office administration, learn about business operations, and develop key skills in managing daily office tasks. The ideal candidate is meticulous, organized, proactive, and has a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities Organizing and archiving installation documentation for record-keeping and compliance purposes. Coordinating the preparation and printing of installation materials for field deployment. Managing and processing customer orders received through the EPOS online store and other sales channels. Generating quotations and invoices in support of the sales team's client engagements. Maintaining and updating internal records and tracking logs to ensure data accuracy and workflow continuity. Requirements Proficient in utilizing Google Workspace tools to support productivity and collaboration. Demonstrates exceptional organizational abilities and effective time management. Exhibits a proactive mindset with a strong enthusiasm for continuous learning and growth. Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage clearly and professionally. Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high performance under deadline-driven conditions.
