About the role Crown Equipment is currently seeking an individual to join the Service Team based in our Singapore Branch Office as a Customer Quotation Specialist. The Customer Quotation Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Service Sales team and managers, in developing consistent, accurate and detailed service quotes, while maintaining a high level of professionalism. You will also be responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company services as well as team members. You will provide detailed quotations to customers and Service Sale team members, by utilizing parts pricing, service, sales and technical knowledge for the preparation of quotation packages. The role will be based at 15 Tuas Avenue 8, Singapore 639230 Requirements Service Sales Quotations Receive and reply to all technician service sales quotation messages. Action all service sales quotes in line with Company policies and procedures. Develop and provide consistent, accurate and detailed service quotes to customers and service sales team members that conveys an image of quality, integrity and superior understanding and delivery of customer needs. Maintain records of all service sales quotes and customer interactions, and file documents promptly. Effectively communicate customer requirements to the service department, in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Identify additional opportunities such as support products, overhauls, battery sales, lift truck sales, rental leads to current and new customers and ensure such information is effectively communicated to internal customers. Customer Service Maintain personal productivity and quality standards Process customer orders in a courteous, efficient and timely manner. Manage telephone calls professionally, efficiently and with good communication skills. Attend to customer questions, complaints and concerns immediately, and facilitate satisfactory resolutions. Understand and appropriately use the Company’s pricing system and policies. Appropriately identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve customer satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication. Ensure that any information entered into AS400 is accurate, legible and correct. General Administration Track, record and monitor progress of all service sales quotes that are sent directly to customers. Attend weekly service sales meetings, providing input and ideas that will help contribute to the success of the quoting process and branch results. Be involved in ad hoc and project-based work as required to improve sales performance. Contribute to a work environment that fosters pride in being part of a winning team and promotes personal growth.   Service Sales Reporting Provide weekly and monthly service sales reporting on current and forecasted sales Update daily sales activity report against monthly target. Provide a monthly management report to track the key performance areas for service sales Occupational Health and Safety Ensure all company safety policies and procures are always followed for both internal and external customers.
