Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to the service team in the HVAC industry. Coordinate and schedule service appointments with customers. Receive and process service requests and inquiries from customers. Prepare and maintain service documentation, including work orders and service reports. Ensure accurate and timely recording of service activities and customer interactions. Assist in managing inventory and ordering of service parts and supplies. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of service issues. Support the service team in administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing. Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related field. Prior experience in administrative support role, preferably in the HVAC industry. Knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work in the North region.
