Description

Responsibilities: Assist in managing and overseeing the financial operations in the construction industry. Support the Finance Manager in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Monitor cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance. Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies and plans. Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions. Assist in leading and mentoring a team of finance professionals. Provide financial guidance and support to other departments within the organization. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in the construction industry. Knowledge of construction accounting principles and practices. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
