What You’ll Do Partner with C-level executives & senior stakeholders to shape business strategy, ensuring financial insights drive commercial success. Serve as the trusted finance advisor, challenging the status quo and driving data-backed decision-making across functions. Go beyond the numbers—work closely with teams to improve operational efficiencies, cost structures, and profitability. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring alignment with business goals. Develop robust financial models that provide clarity and actionable insights for high-impact business decisions. Navigate ambiguity with confidence, proactively identifying risks and opportunities. HR Specialist (Payroll) As a Maker Lab HR Specialist (Payroll), you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance while specialising in payroll administration. You will also play a role in the employee onboarding process, hardware setup, to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset, you will collaborate across teams to maintain seamless payroll operations and enhance the employee experience. To be successful in this role, you need to be a great communicator, meticulous, results-driven, motivated, and entrepreneurial.
