Description

Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the financial operations of the commodity trading company. Develop and implement financial strategies and plans to support the company's growth and profitability. Manage and optimize the company's financial resources, including cash flow, working capital, and investment decisions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions. Lead the finance team, providing guidance, coaching, and support for their professional development. Collaborate with other departments to drive financial and operational performance. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Minimum 10 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a managerial position. Experience in the commodity trading industry is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Proven track record of financial analysis and strategic planning. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to senior management and stakeholders. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
