Have you given yourself permission to rest? We are all deserving of rest and sacred pauses so this is an invitation to rest, come as we are and return home to our ground of wellbeing and simply being. In this session, we will move through stages of conscious relaxation through body sensing and breath sensing, supporting the body to rest deeply and softly. Followed by the warm grounding sounds of the Himalayan Singing bowls and Gongs, surrender to rest and stillness.
