Training will be provided for 6 months as a starter. Willingness to learn and a passion for problem solving through reparation is required These skills are welcomed but not necessary: • The ability to make technical assessments of a bicycle for service. • The ability to make clear and concise notes of the works to be done & to update the database. • The ability to execute the necessary repairs on the bicycle. • The ability to be solution oriented in a fast paced environment. • The ability to track time and parts used per repair process. • Bicycle tools organizational & management skills. “I welcome my customers as guests and satisfy them by sharing my passion for cycling, offering the right gear, advice, and services across all channels.” I develop my sport — cycling — by offering tailored solutions and services that meet the needs of casual riders, commuters, and performance cyclists alike, both in-store and online. I ensure customer satisfaction and build loyalty through meaningful, sport-based interactions. I create a seamless Omni-Channel experience by guiding customers through our digital services and the Decathlon app. I offer workshop services such as repairs, maintenance, or customisation to enhance product performance and extend its lifespan. “I create an inspiring, experiential, and safe layout that invites customers to explore our cycling universe and connect with the sport.” I set up experience-focused layouts that highlight our full cycling range — from bikes to accessories and services. I ensure product availability across all channels (store, online stock, orders, etc.) so our customers are always ready to ride. I maintain a safe and secure environment for teammates and customers — in-store, with our products, and through responsible data handling.
