Porsche Singapore is offering an internship opportunity within its Aftersales team. This role provides hands-on exposure to the day-to-day operations of an automotive service environment. The successful intern will work alongside our Aftersales team, supporting the Service Centre and gaining a unique opportunity to develop both customer service and technical support skills. Support the day-to-day operations and administration of the Service Centre, including handling customer enquiries across multiple touchpoints and assisting with the upkeep and presentation of the facility—ensuring alignment with Porsche’s brand standards, policies and standard operating procedure (SOPs). Coordinate with Service Consultants to ensure service workflows and repair progress are accurately tracked and updated. Provide administrative support across key aftersales functions, including data processing, service record management, and parts inventory coordination. Contribute actively to the planning, execution, and tracking of aftersales projects, partnering with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives within established timelines. Prepare and validate Aftersales reports for management as well as monitor quality processes and performance metrics (KPIs). Requirements Undergraduate in Automotive Technology, Business Administration, or any other related studies. Strong interest in automotive service with basic understanding of automotive systems and terminology preferred. Eagerness to learn, takes initiative, and contributes proactively. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in fast-paced environments. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional, reliable, and punctual with a clean and presentable appearance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant scheduling tools.
