Description

Royal Ocean Marine is seeking a motivated Junior Crewing Officer to join our client's team. In this role, you will assist in managing the crewing operations for their vessels by coordinating crew schedules, processing crew documentation, and ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and company policies. Responsibilities Communicate and take instructions from assigned supervisor(s) Prepare the ship crew’s employment contract and joining documents. Updating MPA on the crew changes via DigitalPORT. Application of Officers’ license via DigitalPORT. Upkeep crew documents database. Any other job asssigned Requirements Minimum ITE/ Diploma in Maritime Studies or a related field. Those without experiene are welcome to apply; prior experience in crewing or maritime operations/ education is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment. Remark(s) Suitable for candidates without prior experience or qualification and is looking to enter the Ship Management Sector to build a long-term career. A candidate is expected to gain more exposure, experience, and knowledge through ad-hoc office-based assignments, properly issued based on workload.
