Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the operations of the laboratory specializing in precious metals, ICP, and XRF analysis. Develop, implement, and maintain laboratory procedures and protocols. Ensure accurate and timely analysis of samples using ICP and XRF techniques. Provide technical guidance and support to laboratory staff. Manage laboratory supplies, equipment, and inventory. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support research and development projects. Stay updated on industry trends, advances, and regulatory requirements related to laboratory testing and analysis. Manage client relationships and provide technical support and consultation. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Chemistry, Material Science, or related field.
