Description

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage production processes in the semiconductor manufacturing area. Supervise and train a team of production operators on standard operating procedures and safety practices Ensure effective and efficient operations during shift hours to meet production targets. Monitor production performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance productivity. Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production-related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of production schedules Maintain compliance with quality control standards and regulations. Document production processes and prepare reports for management review. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or related field. Previous experience in supervising a team is an added advantage. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
