We are looking for a Senior Product Manager that is excited about the below Mission and Outcome. Mission: As Senior Product Manager in the Compliance domain, you will lead the development of systems that ensure Sleek meets regulatory obligations and minimizes risk across all markets. You will design and scale core compliance infrastructure, including KYC/KYB onboarding, verification, screening, and ongoing monitoring, that enables our internal teams to identify and reject high-risk individuals or entities before they become clients. You will work across legal, product, and operations to ensure that compliance processes meet the requirements of regulators in Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and the UK, while remaining efficient and consistent. Your work will focus on reducing manual review effort, increasing automation coverage, and ensuring that all decisions are well-audited, traceable, and defensible. Your goal is to deliver a platform that enables our compliance team to reliably enforce our risk policies, avoid onboarding bad actors, and maintain a high standard of regulatory compliance without introducing unnecessary friction to legitimate clients. Outcomes:  Attain a deep understanding of current manual compliance operations and design product solutions that automate at least 80% of these tasks by the end of Q1 2026, reducing reliance on manual review while maintaining compliance accuracy. Streamline KYC/KYB processes and risk assessment workflows to ensure onboarding turnaround times remain within internal SLAs, attaining an average internal handling time of under 8 hours per case. Strengthen transaction monitoring capabilities, particularly for clients using Sleek’s business accounts, to ensure timely identification of fraudulent or suspicious behaviour. Proactively prevent escalation to regulatory filings such as Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs). Deliver robust systems and controls that prevent compliance-related failures, with a target of zero incidents that could result in reputational damage or regulatory scrutiny. Ensure that compliance-related processes do not introduce unnecessary friction for legitimate users, maintaining a CSAT of 97% or higher for onboarded clients throughout the year. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will have: At least 6 years of experience in product management or adjacent roles, including ownership of complex, cross-functional systems. A minimum of 2–3 years of direct experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory domains,  ideally involving KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, or onboarding flows in fintech, banking, or regtech contexts. A track record of shipping internal tooling or process automation products that reduced operational overhead or improved risk controls. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in at least one of our core markets (Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, or the UK); experience working with legal or compliance teams is a strong plus. Security mindset or experience handling sensitive data (e.g., identity documents, financial transactions). Experience working in low-risk tolerance environments, where auditability and traceability are critical. Singapore-based, with the ability to closely collaborate with internal compliance stakeholders.
