Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive Assistant Project Manager to support the execution of AV system integration projects. You will work alongside Project Managers and cross-functional teams to help deliver AV solutions that meet client requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within the AV industry and gain practical experience in project delivery. Key Responsibilities: Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and resource coordination Track project timelines, budgets, and progress across multiple sites Assist with procurement and logistics coordination for AV equipment and materials Document project updates, reports, and meeting notes Attend site visits to support project setup, testing, and handover Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors as needed Ensure compliance with project standards, safety, and technical requirements Handle administrative tasks such as project documentation, invoicing support, and client communication Requirements Skills and Qualifications: Diploma or degree in Engineering, AV Technology, Business, or related discipline 1–3 years of experience in a project coordination role within the AV, IT, systems integration, or a related technical industry Basic understanding of AV systems and components (e.g., cabling, displays, sound systems, control interfaces) Good organizational and multitasking abilities Familiarity with MS Office, project tracking tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet), and AV drawings Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and work onsite when required DVI Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Project Coordinator (O&G/Fire Protection) - West
