The Project Manager will oversee the full execution of hardware/software/mechanical/data & algorithms projects. The primary focus of the Project Manager will be to lead a team of internal resources to successfully deliver Rapsodo's next-generation Sport-Tech Solutions to our clients and partners. As Rapsodo, we foster a culture of collective responsibility, where each team member contributes to the efficiency and solidity of our technology and operations, guided by our core values of hard work, teamwork, innovation, and agility.   Job Description: Oversee all Project Management Cycles from ideation to mass production, aligning with customer and project stakeholder expectations. Serve as the single point of contact for customer projects, responsible for implementing and communicating action plans to meet Customer Project objectives. Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information, working closely with customers to define project requirements, scope, and objectives. Develop project plans in alignment with project goals and perform cross-departmental planning for all functions involved. Lead design and development engineering and operations teams to execute the project plan in line with Rapsodo's commitment to customers in terms of delivery date, cost, and quality targets. Manage, monitor, and control project scope, risks, changes, and reporting activities from project inception through launch. Ensure that all Product Development Life Cycle processes are followed, and gates and milestones are accomplished. Ensure the proper and successful delivery and deployment of projects. Requirements Job Profile: A BSc degree in Engineering is required, and an M.Sc. is a plus (preferably in Computer/Electronic Science Eng.). Possess 3+ years of project/program management experience, with a project management certification being advantageous. Experience with project management and collaboration tools, such as Jira and Confluence. Ability to communicate technical information clearly and succinctly to both technical and non-technical team members. Strong understanding of Software & System Design, Device & Platform Architecture, and experience in complete Product Life Cycle Development. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Solid presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across an international organization. Strong leadership skills, decision-maker, team player, self-motivated, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic multi-cultural environment.
