Government Solutions Business Unit is looking for a Senior Project Manager This is a one-year contract (renewable) Internal Code: A25074 What will you do? Project Execution & Delivery – Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget while meeting business objectives. Presales Execution & Delivery – Participate in Tender bids; own, produce and submit quality Tender proposals on time. Strategic Alignment – Align project goals with organisational strategy and long-term vision. Stakeholder Engagement – Communicate effectively with executives, clients, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency. Risk & Change Management – Identify potential risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and manage change control processes. Budget & Resource Optimization – Oversee project budgets, resource allocation, and cost control to maximize efficiency. Performance Monitoring – Track KPIs, milestones, and quality metrics to ensure continuous improvement. Process Improvement & Innovation – Drive best practices, process enhancements, and technology adoption for operational excellence. Leadership & Team Development – Mentor and guide teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Requirements What are we looking for? Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, specifically within the software development industry. Solid experience working in Singapore government projects, doing software development, doing presales is preferred. Proven track record in managing government/complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and with quality. Proven track record of successfully implementing Agile and Waterfall methodologies in software development projects. Exposure in managing project budget, headcount, timeline as well as scope management, supporting software application maintenance, Software Development is much preferred. Experienced in Cloud services, including AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Microsoft Azure; Knowledge in SGTS. Experience in low-code development would be an advantage. High degree of competence in using Microsoft Word and Powerpoint. Familiar with Jira and using process diagram tools like Draw.IO or Visio. Experience in Machine Learning, Data Analysis and Transformation is an added-value Professional certification such as PMP, CSM, PSM, CITPM or ITIL is preferred.
