Description

Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product quality and reliability. Conduct inspections and tests on incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions. Manage and maintain the company's quality management system. Develop and deliver training programs on quality control and assurance. Conduct internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of quality systems. Participate in customer audits and address any quality-related concerns. Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to quality control. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality and customer satisfaction. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering roles. Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools. Experience with quality management systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with teams. Certification in quality management or related field is a plus. QA Technician (Welding Inspector/Metal/Machining) - East
