Description

As a HR Intern with a focus on recruitment, you can learn and contribute to talent acquisition by building talent pools, maintaining community engagement, and leveraging digital tools and social networks. You will work closely with the HR and recruitment teams to help source talent and assist with various aspects of community management, gaining invaluable experience in the recruitment process.  Key Responsibilities:  Conduct market research to identify where potential candidates can be found, effective engagement strategies, and stay updated on industry trends.   Build and maintain talent pools for a specific role ensuring a robust candidate pipeline across multiple platforms and networks.   Engage potential candidates through various channels (emails, social media, phone calls) to assess their interest in available positions and inform them about job opportunities.  Collaborate with the HR team to develop engaging social and digital content that enhances employer branding and attracts candidates.   Generate referrals by encouraging candidates and employees to recommend qualified individuals through Xcellink employee referral program.   Analyse and report on sourcing strategies, focusing on conversion rates and identifying opportunities for process improvement.   Engage with candidates and influencers on social networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook) to build relationships and maintain active community interactions.   Utilize a combination of enterprise software and social networking tools to streamline recruitment processes and effectively track candidates.   Coordinate with internal teams to address specific community inquiries and ensure alignment across departments.   Collect feedback from social communities to support continuous improvement in the recruitment process and organizational workflows.   Requirements Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree/Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource or a related field.  Strong verbal and written English skills, with the ability to create engaging content for social platforms.  Proficiency in using social media and digital insights to create relevant and engaging recruitment content.  A self-driven, commercially minded individual with a focus on achieving recruitment goals.  Enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented with a “can do” attitude, capable of working with people at all levels.  A solid understanding/ or exposure of IT and how they can support recruitment efforts.  Benefits Why Join Us?  Gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.  Opportunity to work with dynamic teams in a fast-paced environment.  Develop your skills in candidate sourcing, community engagement, and digital recruitment strategies.    This is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in HR and recruitment while contributing to the talent strategy of a forward-thinking organization.
