Responsibilities: Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.   Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.   Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.   Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients   Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules   Abiding by all transportations laws and maintaining a safe driving record   Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries Operating of Power Tailgate for unloading Requirements Customer facing, friendly and patient personality Must be able to handle physical work due to job nature. Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering roles. Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools. Experience with quality management systems. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with teams. Certification in quality management or related field is a plus.
