Royal Ocean Marine is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maritime Vessel Efficiency Manager to join our client's team. As the Maritime Vessel Efficiency Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our fleet by implementing efficient operational practices and identifying opportunities for improvement. Key Responsibilities: Analyze vessel performance data and identify areas for improvement Develop and implement strategies to enhance vessel efficiency and reduce fuel consumption Collaborate with the technical team to optimize vessel maintenance and repair schedules Monitor and assess the performance of vessel systems and equipment Stay up-to-date with maritime regulations and industry best practices related to efficiency and sustainability Provide recommendations for fleet optimization and fuel-saving initiatives Conduct regular training and workshops for vessel crews on efficiency best practices Requirements Job requirements: Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in maritime operations, with a focus on vessel efficiency Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Knowledge of maritime regulations and industry standards Excellent communication and collaboration skills Proven ability to implement and drive efficiency initiatives Experience with data analysis and performance monitoring tools Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Benefits Chan Chee Meng EA 07C3069 R1110620
