Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and support in the supply chain industry. Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, and any issues. Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to address customer requirements. Requirements Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the supply chain or logistics industry. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
