Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and support in the supply chain industry. Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Manage and maintain customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Proactively communicate with customers regarding order status, delays, and any issues. Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to address customer requirements. Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Assist in the implementation of customer service strategies and process improvements. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management. Provide feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement of customer service operations. Requirements Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the supply chain or logistics industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused mindset and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and ability to multitask. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Knowledge of supply chain management concepts and processes.
