Job Summary: A Sales Coordinator in the forklift leasing you will play a support role in ensuring the efficient coordination between customers, the sales team, workshop operations, and logistics. Your attention to detail and ability to manage sales workflows will directly contribute to a seamless customer experience and operational efficiency. Job Duties: · Using the SAP accounting system, prepare sales order, raise bills and issue invoices, and delivery orders based on approved pricing and rate tables. · Communicate with workshop team and follow up with customers on order confirmations and document sign-offs, if required. · Registration of MHE with MOM, LTA, and relevant authority, and maintaining documentation accurately. · Monitor, update, and renew the MHE road tax, inspection, and insurance documentation. · Apply access passes to work sites when required. · Support the sales team by assisting the manager with ad-hoc tasks such as preparing presentations, scheduling client meetings, or summarising customer feedback. Experience in railway projects is highly desirable.
